All temporary staff are directly employed, continuously assessed and provided with ongoing training to ensure skills and working practices are up to date.

Our meticulous recruitment procedure includes a formal interview; personal and professional reference confirmation; Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) and Protection of Vulnerable Adults (PoVA) checks. We also confirm any training already received and verify certification.

All Caremark management have been carefully selected, rigorously trained and given comprehensive and ongoing back-up and support facilities.
