When we fully understand your precise needs, we carefully select a carer who has the appropriate experience and qualifications to best meet those needs.
The Caremark Care Manager or Supervisor will accompany your carer on their first visit to you. This enables us to introduce you both, and to make sure your carer knows exactly what they need to do for you.
Our Field Care Supervisor will continue to make regular visits to you to make sure we are providing you with the highest standards of care. These regular visits also enable us to make certain any changes to your requirements are identified and met.
